Miscellaneous correspondence including a letter dated Monroe, Wis., 1894, to Mr. Henning in regard to the political leanings of the Swiss in Wisconsin, and a letter written in 1918 to M. M. Quaife enclosing an 1889 letter from Henry C. Payne to Luchsinger requesting that a letter expressing Wisconsin Governor Hoard's views on the Bennett law be made public, an action to which Luchsinger attributed the defeat of the Republican Party in the Wisconsin elections of 1890.
